Sunday School Update
We invite all kids to join us each Sunday for Bold Transformational Faith Sunday School classes. We will also email the materials for those who choose to worship virtually. We hope that this new program inspires and enriches the faith life of your children. Please email Rev. Ellen if you have any questions.
Sunday School begins at 10:10 am. Mary Foster will lead the class this week. The lessons will be emailed to our virtual families every Monday. You can register your children online here: https://www.stpaulschatham.org/sunday-school-registration
Coffee Hour
Please consider signing up to help with Coffee Hour! Due to current health concerns, separately packaged snacks and juice boxes are preferred making Coffee Hour fairly easy duty. Sign up for future weeks in the Parish Hall. Special thanks to Liz Holler for continuing to coordinate Coffee Hour.

NEWS
Special Presentation by Andrew Walker Last Sunday
As you heard in Andrew Walker's homily, he has started a nonprofit organization called Elevate to Even Plus (aka Eleven+) that finds and funds internships for students of color from low income backgrounds. He's looking to access your networks to identify potential nonprofit partners that will host interns that are sourced and funded by Eleven+. He'd also be interested in being connected to corporations whose charitable giving objectives are closely aligned to the Eleven+ mission. More information can be found at www.eleven-plus.org and you can also contact Andrew at andrew.walk@eleven-plus.org.
As Andrew mentioned in his comments last week, the idea for Eleven+ originated in a Dialogue Circles on Race conversation, and he highly recommends the program for anyone interested in racial justice issues. The next series of Dialogue Circles begins on March 6th. For more information about this Summit Interfaith based initiative, click here.
Search Committee Update
Thanks for your prayers to date as we navigate through the diocese’s new search process.
We’ve been in close contact with Canon Clark, Bishop Hughes’ Team Member accountable for helping parishes through the search process. We have very recently received a few names of candidates for our Priest in Charge role. All are from within the diocese.
The Search Committee will soon be reviewing resumes and supporting materials and we will be setting up interviews with candidates soon.
Please continue to keep us in your prayers.

Vestry Update
St. Paul's Vestry met on Wednesday, January 19th via Zoom. The Treasurer, Jed Evans, reported that St. Paul's ended 2021 in a very good place financially, largely due to a PPP loan. Pledges for 2022 are down. Plans for Lent at St. Paul's were discussed, including the possibility of holding the Pancake Supper. The carpet in the Sanctuary will be replaced but carpet in the Narthex, Sacristy, lobby and Library will be replaced at a later date. The Annual Meeting will be held on Sunday, May 1st. There will be five openings on the Vestry, four regular and one student; three members will be up for re-election. Building Use contracts will be reviewed and updated. A parish questionnaire will be distributed.
