Centering Prayer is meeting at 7:00pm on Thursday evenings, in the Library/Vestry Room. All are welcome! We will go over the methods in the meeting. Centering Prayer is a silent prayer of resting in God without the distractions of our thoughts. Its method is simple, and all we need to bring to the prayer is our intention, our desire to be one with God.
Many practitioners of Centering Prayer experience a deeper, more intimate and mutual relationship with God, and “the fruits of the Spirit” as St. Paul said. Please come and “taste” this form of contemplative practice. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact SunHwan (Sun) Spriggs at firstname.lastname@example.org or 973.998.6672.
